    Hot Cocoa Mix {Big Batch}

    cups confectioners’ sugar (250 g)

    1
    cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder (118 g)

    2
    ½ cups powdered milk (170 g)

    2
    tablespoons cornstarch

    tsp. kosher salt

    Combine
    the confectioners’ sugar, cocoa powder, powdered milk, cornstarch, and salt in
    a large mixing bowl. To combine, whisk everything together.

    up to a year, store the mixture in an airtight container. This yields 412 cups
    of hot cocoa mix or about 18 cups of hot cocoa.

    Use
